We are sorry that you are less than completely satifised with your product. We are here to help.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship,
with the exceptions of
(a) wear and tear;
(b) stains;
(c) misuse or improper maintenance;
(d) alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives;
(e) commercial use; or (f) damage resulting from transit or handling;
